- overcharging for premiums
- taking unnecessary risks defending questionable cases
- setting defensible cases too quickly.

BOLD RRG offers a completely new concept.
BOLD RRG is owned 100% by doctors. Weāve implemented strategies that we believe are in the best interests of doctors. First, BOLD RRG assigns the doctor a lawyer when it executes his/her policy; every other carrier waits until a claim is filed. By hiring an attorney early, we can be proactive instead of reactive. We teach risk avoidance legal strategies to our doctors that will let them practice medicine the way they want to, without fear of being sued. This results in less frequency of lawsuits which means we can charge less in premiums. The best way to win a lawsuit is to avoid a lawsuit.
BOLD RRG also pays their lawyers a flat fee when the policy is executed and the doctor assigned. Our lawyer do not get paid hourly. There are no billable hours and there is no incentive to extend litigation or assign the case to underqualified staff. Our lawyers seek to build a long lasting relationship with their doctors, one that will last their entire career, which will hopefully be claims free for most of it.
BOLD RRG also promises its insureds a quote within 24 hour or 1 business day of a submission with all supporting documentation. Many carriers take over a week to give quotes. We know just how frustrating this can be and we will not stand for it.
BOLD RRG puts doctors and lawyers interest at the forefront. We are all in this together and the only way to be successful is if all parties profit, not just the insurance company.

David Soria, MD
Dr. David Soria is one of the founders of Bold Risk Retention Group, Inc., and a prominent figure in emergency medicine. With over 20 years of experience, he is an emergency medicine physician based in Wellington, Florida, affiliated with Wellington Regional Medical Center. Dr. Soria obtained his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine and has additional state licensure in Ohio, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, and California.
Dr. Soria’s educational journey includes studying at Ohio State University and completing his professional and postgraduate training at MetroHealth-Cleveland Clinic. His commitment to maintaining high standards in his field is evident through his certification by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, a testament to his professional competence.
Active in professional organizations, Dr. Soria is a member of the Florida College of Emergency Physicians, the American College of Emergency Physicians, and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. His involvement in these committees and memberships reflects his dedication to advancing emergency medicine and staying current with the latest developments in the field.
Jon Craig Arenstein
Jon Craig Arenstein was born in Long Island, New York, and has made significant strides in medicine throughout his career. He pursued his Graduate Studies at Grace University School of Medicine in Boca Raton, where he obtained his MD. Prior to this, he attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton for his undergraduate studies.
Arenstein is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives in Chicago, showcasing his commitment to professional development and networking within the healthcare industry.
Arenstein’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence have been evident in his latest venture as the founder of Bold Risk Retention Group, INC. His extensive background and experience in medicine and business have undoubtedly contributed to his success as a prominent figure in the industry.

Several of its partners have achieved the highest āBoard Certificationā designation, which is the highest level for an attorney in the State of Florida.
